This Trappist Belgian strong golden ale glows pale gold with a lively aroma of lemon, orchard fruit and peppery spice from its house yeast. Lightly honeyed malt balances a crisp, dry and faintly bitter finish that drinks lighter than its 8%. Best served cool in a goblet with seafood, soft cheese or roast poultry.
