Delirium Nocturnum

This Belgian strong dark ale from the makers of Delirium pours deep mahogany with aromas of plum, raisin and warm spice over a caramel-malt base. The palate is full and slightly sweet, finishing with gentle alcohol warmth and a peppery yeast character. Serve in a tulip glass at cellar temperature alongside braised meats or aged cheese.
