Het Kapittel Dubbel is an abbey-style Belgian dubbel from Brouwerij Van Eecke, deep amber-brown with aromas of caramel, raisin and toasted malt. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with dark-fruit warmth balanced by spicy yeast and a dry finish. Serve at cellar temperature with stews, grilled meats or a mature cheese.
