La Guillotine is a Belgian strong golden ale from Brouwerij Huyghe, pouring pale gold with a lively head and aromas of pear, citrus and spicy yeast. The palate is effervescent and full, with fruity esters and peppery phenols giving way to a dry, warming finish. Serve cold in a tulip glass with grilled meats, mussels or aged cheese.
