One of the few Trappist witbiers in the world, La Trappe Witte is brewed with wheat, coriander and orange peel. It pours cloudy pale gold with aromas of citrus zest and soft spice, leading to a light, crisp body and a refreshing, faintly tart finish. Serve it well chilled on a warm day, with a salad, white fish or fresh goat cheese.
