Rodenbach Grand Cru raises the oak-aged share to two-thirds, giving a deeper, more vinous Flanders red. Intense cherry and redcurrant meet balsamic tang, oak tannin and a long, complex sour finish at 6%. Serve cool in a wine glass to pair with rich game, blue cheese or dark chocolate desserts.
