San Miguel Cerveza Negra is a Munich Dunkel-style dark lager from the Philippines, layering toasted bready malt with soft caramel and a light coffee note. Despite its deep colour it drinks smooth and surprisingly easy, with a gentle roast on the finish. Lovely with roasted meats, grilled sausages or rich braised dishes.
