St. Paul Tripel is a classic abbey-style Belgian tripel, bright gold with aromas of pear, orange peel and peppery clove. Honeyed malt and lively carbonation lead into a dry, warming finish that masks its 7.6% strength. Serve in a goblet at 8-10C with roast chicken, grilled fish or a creamy washed-rind cheese.
