Vitus is Weihenstephan's strong golden weizenbock, pouring hazy gold beneath a billowing white head. Expect bold banana and clove from the wheat yeast, a warming, full malt body and a lively, almost effervescent finish that hides its strength. A German classic, lovely with roast pork, soft cheese or apple strudel.
