Benediktiner Weissbier Dunkel is a Bavarian Dunkelweizen that layers the classic banana-and-clove yeast character over darker, toasty malt. The result is a richer wheat beer with caramel and bread-crust depth and a smooth, gently sweet finish. Pours hazy chestnut-brown and pairs well with roast pork, dark bread or grilled mushrooms.
