- 30 to 60 minutes depending on the zone, from the moment we confirm the order. Late-night orders roll over to the next morning.

- Cash or VietQR transfer when the courier hands over the box. Nothing is charged before that.

- No minimum. Delivery is free over 300,000₫; below that a small delivery fee applies depending on the zone.
- Do you deliver to hotels?
- Yes — to the lobby or the room, whichever the hotel allows. Give the room number in the order comment.
