Hofbräu Schwarze Weisse is a German Dunkelweizen, a dark wheat beer pouring deep brown with a fluffy head. It blends the signature banana and clove of a weissbier with darker notes of roasted malt, chocolate and caramel, staying smooth and refreshing despite its colour. Serve it lightly chilled in a tall weizen glass, lovely with roast pork, bread or mild cheese.
