Korbinian is Weihenstephan's deep mahogany doppelbock, rich with caramel, toasted bread crust and notes of dark fruit and toffee. Full-bodied and gently warming, it carries its strength on a smooth, lightly roasted malt finish. A Bavarian winter classic that pairs beautifully with roast meats, aged cheese or dark chocolate.
