Petrus Aged Red is a Flanders red ale matured for two years in oak foeders, pouring deep red with an intense aroma of sour cherry, balsamic and red wine. The palate is sharply tart and complex, with fruity acidity and a vinous, oaky depth. Serve cool in a wine glass with rich meats, duck or a sharp cheese.
