Brugse Zot Dubbel is De Halve Maan's rich Belgian dubbel, pouring deep amber-brown with aromas of caramel, raisin and a touch of roasted malt. The palate is full and smooth with dried-fruit sweetness balanced by a dry, lightly spicy finish. Serve at cellar temperature with grilled meats, stews or a mature hard cheese.
