This classic Belgian tripel from the Chimay monastery glows deep gold beneath a dense head, with aromas of orchard fruit, peppery yeast and fresh hops. It drinks dry and warming, the fruit balanced by a confident bitterness and a long finish. Excellent with roast poultry, washed-rind cheese or simply on its own.
