Once brewed only for the monks, this Belgian blonde pours pale gold with a fine, aromatic head of light fruit and soft yeast spice. The palate is gentle and dry, lightly bready with a clean hop bitterness. Serve well chilled as an apéritif or with light cheeses and salads.
