Chimay Blue is one of the world's great Trappist ales, brewed by monks at Scourmont Abbey in Belgium. Deep mahogany in colour, it pours rich aromas of raisin, fig, caramel and warm spice into a smooth, complex, warming palate that finishes dry. A superb sipping beer that rewards cellaring; pair with strong cheese or dark chocolate.
