Hoa Piery Red Ale is a Vietnamese amber red ale pouring a warm ruby-copper. Rich caramel and toasted malt lead the way, with a touch of dark fruit and a smooth, balanced hop bitterness to keep it from turning sweet. At 6.8% it pairs well with burgers, roast pork or aged cheese.
