Scotch Silly is Brasserie de Silly's take on the Scotch ale, a malt-forward style brewed in Belgium since the early 20th century. It pours deep brown with aromas of caramel, toffee and dried fruit over a rich, full body finishing smoothly sweet and warming. Serve at cellar temperature with roast meats, game or a strong cheese.
