Brewed by the Dutch Trappists at La Trappe, this Belgian-style blonde is golden and lightly hazy with aromas of honeyed malt, ripe pear and a whisper of clove from the house yeast. The body is medium and smooth, finishing soft and gently bitter thanks to bottle conditioning. An easy companion to roast chicken, mild cheeses or a quiet evening.
