Prior 8 is St. Bernardus's classic Belgian dubbel, deep ruby-brown with a nose of dried fruit, fig and toffee over rich Munich malt. The body is velvety and lightly sweet, finishing with raisin, caramel and a warming spice. A perfect dubbel for cooler evenings, ideal with stews, dark bread or a mature cheese.
