St. Paul Special is an easygoing Belgian amber ale, copper-coloured with aromas of caramel malt, biscuit and a touch of dried fruit. Soft yeast spice and a smooth, balanced body make it very drinkable at 5.5%. Serve at 8-10C in a goblet to pair with roast chicken, charcuterie or semi-hard cheese.
